• For R&D Tax Incentive Finance, entities with annual research & development budgets of $1.5-$15 million and a loan requirement of $500,000 to $5 million.

• For Mid-Market Corporate Loans, entities with annual EBITDA of $1-$5 million and a loan requirement of $2- $15 million.
